Mandisi Phumelele Ntshengulana is a practicing attorney specializing in criminal law. He is currently based in Port Shepstone, KZN and resides in Margate, KZN. He was born and raised in Mount Frere (KwaBhaca), Mbhodleni Location, Eastern Cape. He attended Glenwood High School, Durban and then obtained his LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu Natal, Howard College Campus.
