Mirroring the Legends inculcates African philosophy of respect that runs deep to the roots of children’s upbringing. It sews the African philosophic way of life and formal education into a seamless product for nation building. The book advises the youth about the dangers of peer pressures and reckless behaviour in modern times, while encouraging adherence to the strict values of Ubuntu and the importance of formal education.
Mirroring the Legends is a powerful and artistic work that advocates the principles of egalitarianism. Despite youth challenges, Junior subconsciously emulates George Mbokotho to achieve his dreams. This work is relevant to all generations.
