About the author

Dr Nnamdi Nwaodu is a seasoned Development Consultant whose distinguished scholarship cuts across Political Science, Sociology and Law from Abia State University, University of Port Harcourt, and University of Calabar. He holds two Bachelors, four Masters and one Doctor of Philosophy degrees. Dr Nwaodu is the Director of Research, Centre for Human Capacity Development, Abuja, Nigeria. He is also the Director of Research, Centre for African American Studies, Verdun, Canada. He currently serves as Sub-Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies and Research, Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State, Nigeria. Dr Nwaodu is author of several journal articles and books.

About the author

Prof Edwin Ijeoma is the Chair and Head of Department of Public Administration at the University of Fort Hare. He is a Professor of Policy and Public Sector Economics and is a recognised scholar in Public Sector Monitoring and Evaluation. He was a pioneer Research Specialist at the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) Secretariat in Johannesburg and serves as Policy Adviser to several public sector and development institutions in South Africa and abroad. Professor Ijeoma is the editor of Africa’s Public Service Delivery and Performance Review (APSDPR), a public sector Monitoring and Evaluation Journal.
